ACR: read the withdrawal condition before the bonus

ACR’s welcome offer is a 100% first-deposit match up to $2,000, released through play. Its EULA requires accumulated poker rake or paid tournament fees of at least 10% of cumulative deposits before any withdrawal, including the return of deposited principal. Bonus release and withdrawal eligibility are different calculations.

What the welcome match actually releases

The official welcome terms specify a 100% match for eligible first-time depositors, a $25 minimum qualifying deposit, 60 days to clear and $1 released per 27.5 Award Points. The page says activation needs no bonus code. It applies once, to new players who have not previously played ACR real-money games on their computers. The account name must match the payment method, and first-deposit cryptocurrency availability varies by region.

The share of rake or tournament fees allocated to weekly points races does not count toward bonus release; tournament-fee contributions update every 24 hours. At the stated release ratio, $10 takes 275 qualifying Award Points. That calculation describes the bonus ledger, not the amount a player will win or needs to wager. Assess releases against your planned activity; an expiring balance is no reason to extend a session. Our bonus guide separates pending credit from released funds.

Withdrawal eligibility is a separate condition

EULA reference · page edition: October 2026: sections 6.1.2–6.1.3 apply the 10% cumulative-deposit requirement to any withdrawal. Sportsbook, casino and racebook wagering do not count towards it.

For illustration, cumulative deposits of $200 imply at least $20 in qualifying poker rake or paid tournament fees under that wording. The $20 is fees, not bets or losses. The requirement can therefore affect the return of principal even without a welcome bonus. The cash-out FAQ also states a 10% requirement. Security policy section 8.8 separately describes a variable rake percentage on deposits or received transfers. Ask support for the calculation on a transfer-funded or disputed balance; do not play extra to resolve a withdrawal dispute.

Elite Benefits and rakeback are different schemes

Elite Benefits uses Rank Points for status and Combat Points for redemption. Rakeback players cannot participate simultaneously; the terms allow a one-time conversion from rakeback to Elite through support. Rank Points accrue at 5.5 per $1 of rake or tournament entry fees, while Combat Points depend on rank. Base redemption is 100 Combat Points for $1; higher-rank packages differ. Unused Combat Points expire on 31 December if no point was earned that calendar year. Elite player points do not clear deposit bonuses. Adding both programmes’ advertised benefits would overstate what one account can receive.

Identify the scheme attached to the account, then reconcile its cash rewards with attributed fees. The calculator handles that arithmetic. BetOnline’s VIP-linked programme has a different dependency, so the two cannot be compared by one fixed percentage.

Who the EULA excludes

The English EULA, sections 1.4 and 14, excludes these US residents and countries/territories:

The EULA also excludes anyone under 18, below their local age of majority or using the service where prohibited by law. The US authorisation guide addresses the separate state-level licence question. These exclusion lists do not authorise every omitted location.

Read the operating company alongside the domain

The current ACR footer names International Processing Services SA, Panama registration 155667334, and Anjouan licence ALSI-202607066-FI2. The Anjouan public register search record identifies the same company and acrpoker.eu, with a listed licence period of 31 July 2026 to 30 July 2027. This offshore record does not grant US state authorisation.

The acrpoker.eu terms link can lead to a location-restriction page; the official Americas Cardroom domain provides the English EULA linked above. Its older Curaçao wording and Costa Rica governing-law clause are separate from the current footer disclosure. For an account complaint, quote the contracting entity and agreement version actually supplied to that account.

Choose an event independently of the promotion

The EULA names Winning Poker Network. For a tournament decision, the relevant purchase remains a specific event: total entry, fee, structure and possible re-entries. A large guarantee says little about whether you can finish the event within your available time.

Set the spending boundary with the session-budget guide before comparing offers. This review contains no measured player-pool, opponent-strength or payout-speed results.

Assess the fee condition before valuing the match

A welcome match is not an unconditional balance available to withdraw. Compare its Award Point release with the separate cumulative-deposit fee condition and the reward scheme attached to the account.
