BetOnline rewards depend on the account’s existing VIP tier
BetOnline’s poker reward has an unusual dependency: poker activity earns the rebate, but does not advance the general VIP tier that sets its rate. A poker-only customer should understand that distinction before comparing the advertised 10%–30% range with another room’s programme.
What the help centre documents
The poker help collection covers Hold’em, Omaha, Sit & Gos, Windfalls and Pineapple Open Face Chinese. It is useful for identifying the product and its rules. It is not a dated count of occupied tables at your stake.

Match the account tier to its weekly poker rebate
The Poker Rakeback instructions, Page edition: October 2026, set these rates: Bronze 10%, Silver 10%, Gold 12.5%, Platinum 15%, Diamond 20%, Elite 25% and Black 30%. The website profile shows the general VIP level; the poker mission updates that level on Wednesdays. Changes after Wednesday reach the following Wednesday’s poker update.
Cash games, Windfalls, Sit & Gos and MTTs contribute rake or entry fees. The cycle runs Friday through Thursday, starting on the first Friday after poker registration. Leave the cash table, or finish the tournament, by 23:59 ET Thursday; completion at 00:00 Friday or later puts the contribution into the next week. Rewards are credited automatically.
The calculation rounds down to $0.10, with a minimum qualifying $1 rake/$0.10 rebate. For example, $38.94 of qualifying rake at 10% gives $3.894 before rounding and $3.80 credited. The 10k figure only tracks progress.
Poker does not advance the general VIP level. Do not add sportsbook or casino spending to obtain another tier. Compare the tier already attached to the account using our rake explanation and calculator.
Credit inside a poker client can still be casino credit
The Poker Bonus Types article distinguishes Game Bonus, Locked Bonus, Bonus Money and Tournament Money. Game Bonus is used before cash and needs one-time wagering to become withdrawable. Its game restriction appears in the bonus window. Bonus Money is limited to Casino in Poker games.
Locked Bonus releases cash in increments based on rake; the cashier’s Bonus section displays the award’s expiry, rake requirement and release increments. Tournament Money pays for eligible tournament entries and cannot be combined with cash for one entry. Use the displayed balance type when valuing an award.
Location restrictions and the Panama disclosure
The General Rules, rule 29, prohibit access from the jurisdictions below. Rule 24 requires players to be at least 18 and comply with their local law. Access from a restricted location can revoke account access and void its balance; notify support before relocating or visiting one.

The comparison worth making
Against ACR, the useful distinction is the reward structure. BetOnline ties its poker rate to a general VIP tier; ACR separates Elite Benefits from rakeback participation. First identify the programme you could use, then compare fees and redeemable benefits for the same activity.
For the game itself, record occupied seats at your stake and intended playing time, or the complete entry price of a tournament you can finish. This document research supplies no measured traffic ranking, comparative softness or payout-time benchmark.
A poker-only player’s decision
Use the existing VIP tier and the actual qualifying fees, then apply the weekly cutoff and rounding rule. Poker volume alone does not raise the tier. Keep the spending decision separate from rewards with the session-budget guide.

Find the account’s rate and credited reward
On desktop, open My Missions, then Loyalty and Rewards, then Missions; on mobile, open the menu, Contests, Loyalty and Rewards, then Missions. The status bar shows qualifying rake and the assigned percentage. Previous-week missions stay visible for 24 hours, providing time to compare their totals with the separately recorded credit. Reconcile the credited amount under Cashier, Transactions, Payment/Bonus History.
Withdrawal conditions come before rewards
The withdrawal rules require deposited funds to be wagered once. Poker-freeroll winnings require a minimum $50 deposit and one-time wagering before payout approval; a pending free bet blocks a request. The General Rules say an early withdrawal before the deposit rollover incurs processing fees regardless of method. Ask Player Services for the charge.
Some card deposits require a three-calendar-day wait; e-check deposits require seven business days from the last deposit. Verification can require photo ID, payment-card copies and address evidence. Payouts normally use the deposit method when available, but BetOnline can choose another route. Method limits appear in the cashier. Its 24-hour processing aim is not a guaranteed arrival time; some providers operate only 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. ET on weekdays excluding holidays.
