Conditions Page edition: October 2026. partypoker’s public pages describe cash games, Fastforward, SPINS and scheduled tournaments. Its welcome offers and legal entities vary by market. This review distinguishes the checked UK offer from the wider international website instead of presenting one dollar bonus to every reader.

Operator, licence and availability

The UK welcome terms identify LC International Limited as promoter for UK customers. The UK Gambling Commission register lists that company under account 54743 with an active remote casino licence; its domain record includes partypoker.com.

The international site’s footer separately names Martingale Europe Limited and states MGA/CRP/688/2019 in the name of reporting entity bwin Holdings (Malta) Limited. This is an operator-stated Maltese licence reference, not independent confirmation of authorisation in every visitor’s country.

These records must be read in context. A UK registration does not make every international account British-regulated, and a promotional country list is not a complete registration policy. Confirm the operator named in your account terms, your residence and your physical location before considering the product.

The UK offer below is expressly for new UK residents and names LC International Limited. Its separate international footer names Martingale Europe Limited. Select the agreement for the actual local account; a British domain record does not grant access under the same account throughout Canada or the US.

The checked UK welcome offer

The UK offer is for new UK players aged 18+. It advertises a 100% match up to £1,000 plus £50 Free Play, requiring a qualifying first deposit of at least £10. E-wallets, including PayPal, Skrill and Neteller, and prepaid cards do not qualify.

The match releases in 5% portions, with five loyalty points required per unit of the full bonus and one point per $1 or currency-equivalent poker rake. The release deadline is 90 days. A maximum bonus is conditional. Work out what your normal play could release without changing stakes or session length. If the result is small, assess the room on its games and fees instead.

Cashback has weekly thresholds

The checked Cashback rules require a one-time opt-in and at least 25 weekly points. One point corresponds to $1 of rake or fees. At the 25-point target, the listed payment is $2; the 20% tier starts at 1,000 points. Payments follow on Monday.

The week runs Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 CEST, as written in the terms, with payment the following Monday. A player finishing on 30 points receives the 25-point reward of $2; the other five points are forfeited rather than carried forward. The cash has no wagering requirement. Separate Fastforward Happy Hours have their own promotion rules.

Keep pending welcome credit, ordinary cashback and challenge prizes separate in your records. Tickets are not withdrawn cash. A reward that requires extra play can change both your costs and your exposure to losses.

Game selection and software

The current public site lists Texas Hold’em, Omaha, Fastforward, SPINS and multi-table tournaments. That is not an exclusively knockout-tournament schedule. Check each event’s entry cost, fee, late-registration window and payout structure in the lobby rather than relying on the format name.

Fast-fold play changes how quickly a session can accumulate hands and fees. Set a time limit before starting. For tournaments, assess whether the likely duration fits your schedule; a low buy-in alone does not make a long event appropriate for a short session.

Inspect activity at your intended stake and time, then compare those observations with another eligible room. Tournament registrations, cash-game seats and daily account logins are different measures and should not be combined into one traffic claim.

For software, check your local download page and device support. Inspect the bet-sizing controls, table layout and account-limit tools before committing to a session. The public product description cannot establish crash frequency, connection stability or response time on your own connection.

Payments and withdrawal expectations

Check the local cashier for supported methods, currencies, fees and minimum amounts. A payment method can be accepted for ordinary deposits yet excluded from a particular promotion. Those are separate questions.

Targets and the British account route

The current Cashback table gives $5 at 50 points, $10 at 100, $25 at 200, $87.50 at 500 and $200 at 1,000. Payment is based on the last completed target, not a rate interpolated between them. Account verification, a downloaded client and promotion eligibility are required.
