The checked British operator

The UK Gambling Commission register lists Platinum Gaming Limited under account 45322 with an active remote casino licence. Its domain record includes www.unibet.co.uk. That verifies a named entity and British domain, rather than a universal licence for every Unibet-branded product.

The UK terms identify Platinum Gaming Limited, Gibraltar company 114100. They state UKGC regulation for customers in Great Britain and Gibraltar references RGL 091 and RGL 092 for customers outside Great Britain. The Gibraltar references are operator statements here; we have not independently checked that regulator’s register.

Read the contracting entity in your own market’s terms. A familiar brand name is not enough to determine which complaints process, account rules or local permissions apply. Save the relevant terms and date. Do not assume a licence listed for one website covers another.

Who can use the checked service?

Section 4.3 of the UK general terms lists the United Kingdom, Gibraltar, Isle of Man and Channel Islands as permitted resident territories and expressly prohibits US residents or people located in the US. Those terms also require customers to be at least 18 and meet account eligibility checks.

This is a scope statement for the checked UK service. It is not a current country list for unibet.com, France or other local websites. The UK agreement does not establish access for Australia, Germany or all European countries. If the operator does not accept your location, choose a locally permitted alternative.

What changed in France in 2026?

The French migration notice dates the ParionsSport en Ligne change to 24 March 2026. It tells customers to update the former PSEL application, now named Unibet. For the French poker product it describes Power Spin and a shop where accumulated credits buy cash, bonuses or tickets. Those French account and reward arrangements are separate from the UK service.

That notice concerns the French product. It cannot establish that the same software, rewards or account migration applies in Britain. Existing French customers should follow the instructions associated with their own account rather than opening a duplicate account based on an international guide.

Promotions belong to the account offer

Under UK terms §23, promotions have their own Promotional Terms and are limited to one per person. When an offer is amended or cancelled, benefits already opted into or accrued generally remain governed by the terms that applied when offered, subject to the legal, regulatory and safer-gambling provisions in §23.4.

For a session-cost comparison, keep the award type visible: received cash, a ticket and restricted credit buy different things. Use the UK loyalty area and the offer attached to that account for the redemption action. Do not change stakes or extend a session to collect a reward.

Games, clients and player numbers

The checked UK site has a poker section with tournament and promotion links. Use its current lobby to verify the specific formats and stakes you want. An advertised event does not prove that cash tables are active at your preferred hour, and an entry total is not a concurrent-player count.

Check the current software rules before using a HUD or importing hand histories. Use the rules for the specific tool and local client rather than an earlier product description.

Inspect the local client requirements and controls on the device you intend to use. Navigation, table readability and session-limit settings matter to the decision, but this document check does not measure performance on individual devices. Read the poker glossary if a format or fee label is unfamiliar.

UK withdrawal conditions

The UK terms §11, Page edition: October 2026, set a standard £5 minimum withdrawal. A customer with a smaller balance can ask Support to withdraw the full amount. The terms state no operator charge for online payment services, UK debit cards or eligible international Visa cards; bank or provider restrictions remain separate.

Cleared funds and completed verification are required, and §11.2 sends the request to the debit card or payment service originally used to deposit. For a payment problem, retain the transaction reference and use the official Help Centre. Those rules concern the UK agreement, not the French migration.

Who should consider Unibet Poker?

The UKGC licence record for Platinum Gaming Limited is active and its domain record includes www.unibet.co.uk. UK agreement §§4.2–4.3 require age 18+ and residence in the UK, Gibraltar, Isle of Man or Channel Islands; US residents and people in the US are prohibited. The French notice applies to its own local account migration, not that UK territory list.
